Wondering about shipping / tracking info on a product you ordered?  

Shopify will send you tracking information via email, once the shipping label has been printed by the logistics company. During periods of high demand, DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY after receiving this email. Big Post Office trucks need to be requested in order to transfer large batches of packages to the USPS, and it takes additional time for them to arrive at our distributor.

Wondering when we'll have more of product X or be finished developing product Y?
