Wondering about shipping / tracking info on a product you ordered?  

Shopify will email you tracking information once your shipping label has been printed. During periods of high demand, DO NOT EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP IMMEDIATELY after receiving this email. Big Post Office trucks need to be requested in order to transfer large batches of packages to the USPS, and it takes additional time for them to arrive at our distributor.

Was your package stolen, missing, massively delayed or just lost in the system?

Once your package has been handed off to USPS, we are unable to assist with these issues. Please contact USPS directly.

Made a mistake on your order?

We cannot add, change, modify, or combine orders. You may request your order be cancelled, though we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so before it ships. You must include your order number below to make this request.
